**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting and partnering with our leadership team to provide financial clarity and strategic planning.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Formulate medium to long-term financial and strategic plans in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Monitor monthly performance of all facilities and identify opportunities to drive top-line growth through new physician recruitment, share of practice, and strategic service line programs.
  • Develop and implement tools to monitor and inform the team of physician engagement levels and opportunities to increase share of practice.
  • Work collaboratively with Business Development leadership to optimize supporting infrastructure, including Salesforce, Tableau, and other dashboards.
  • Generate monthly operating and financial reports and participate in review calls with leadership.
  • Oversee compensation programs, including generation of compensation statements and coordination with payroll for processing.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles and monitor performance against budget.
  • Provide ad-hoc project support to leadership as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a business field, such as Finance or Economics.
  • 4-7 years of experience working in a finance-related role.
  • Highly analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to digest financial information and render judgment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, as well as Tableau and Essbase.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment is highly desirable.
