Compensation:

The target salary range for this role is $122,000.00 to $149,100.00 annually, with a full pay range from $94,000.00 to $176,500.00 annually. Compensation is determined based on relevant skills, experience, and education, with performance-based incentives available.

Role Overview:

As a Credit Risk Analysis Manager, you will be instrumental in protecting and enhancing the financial integrity of our Real Estate portfolios. Your leadership will be vital in identifying and mitigating risks, shaping credit policies, and influencing strategic decisions that drive our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Process Review: Analyze risk management processes by examining data and collaborating with business units to enhance practices.
  • Comprehensive Credit Risk Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of loan portfolios to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Statistical Modeling: Evaluate and model current risk management strategies to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Scorecard Optimization: Perform statistical assessments to enhance the application of scorecards for various risk strategies.
  • Credit Risk Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and narratives for senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Presentations: Deliver findings and recommendations to the Credit Committee, providing actionable insights.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Work with senior leadership to align risk appetite and support credit risk initiatives across various functions.
  • Department Leadership: Drive departmental initiatives and administration in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Mentorship: Guide and train junior staff in credit risk analysis, fostering their professional growth.
  • Documentation: Ensure all responsibilities are well-documented and current.
  • Vendor Oversight: Manage vendor contracts to ensure quality service for our members.
  • Operational Audits: Conduct necessary operational audits and management reporting.
  • Program Development: Collaborate with internal and external resources to design programs that advocate for employees and members.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in credit risk analytics.
  • Proficiency in quantitative software and database querying tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree.
  • Experience in Mortgage and Home Equity credit risk analytics.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw valid conclusions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
