About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at SCA Health. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial clarity and strategic planning to support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate medium to long-term financial and strategic plans in collaboration with leadership
  • Monitor monthly performance of all facilities and identify opportunities to drive top-line growth
  • Develop and implement tools to monitor and inform physician engagement levels and opportunities to increase share of practice
  • Collaborate with Business Development leadership to optimize supporting infrastructure and improve data visualization
  • Generate monthly operating and financial reports and participate in review calls with leadership
  • Oversee compensation program and lead budgeting and forecasting cycles
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business field (Finance, Economics, Accounting)
  • 4-7 years of experience in a finance-related role
  • Highly analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, and Essbase
  • Prior experience in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment
