Job Summary

Bridges Homeward is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Developmental Disabilities Program (DDP) team as an Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating referrals, facilitating contact with individuals and families, and assisting with community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter referrals into Microsoft Teams and monitor Teams weekly to ensure that contact notes have been entered by the assigned DDP case manager.
  • Contact the assigned case manager requesting updates as needed.
  • Prepare a status report for the monthly DDP meeting with CRW.
  • Be responsible for mass emails regarding DDP activities, trainings, and resources.
  • Assist the Program Director in outreach to community resources, other non-profits, and organizations.
  • Maintain the current contact list for mass mailings and for the Newsletter.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalency.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong sense of teamwork.
