Join the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities as an Institution Superintendent and lead the Cambridge Developmental Center to excellence.

The Institution Superintendent is responsible for the overall administration of the Cambridge Developmental Center, ensuring the highest caliber of professional habilitation, medical, and ancillary services and supports are available to individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and administer total operations of the Cambridge Developmental Center, ensuring compliance with Ohio Revised Code and Administrative Rules.
• Supervise department heads, including Program/Residential Services, Human Resources, Medical/Nursing, Operations, and ancillary support functions.
• Maintain Medicaid certification and DODD licensure, ensuring the center meets accreditation and certification requirements.
• Develop and submit reports, maintain specific data, and participate in division committees as appropriate.
• Establish center goals, objectives, and internal operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with ICF/IID standards.
• Supervise assigned staff, conduct performance evaluations, and provide work direction/training.
