Customer Account Specialist

Glen Raven Material Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Specialist to provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and processing orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process and follow up on customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, planning, and shipping, to resolve customer issues and meet customer needs
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their orders and account status
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and experience
  • 0-2 years of prior customer service experience, with a focus on order processing and customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills, with experience in order processing and customer relationship management software
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
