Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at State Farm Insurance, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and policy changes in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for providing accurate and timely information regarding insurance products and services, processing policy applications, renewals, and cancellations, and handling billing and payment inquiries. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain accurate customer records.
