Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan to drive occupancy growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external referral sources
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and families
  • Assume special projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three years of previous experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on occupancy development
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three to five years of previous experience in sales and marketing
  • Experience in creating presentations using PowerPoint
