Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities- Support all sales activities from a technical perspective, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Promote complex solutions to customers and business partners, highlighting the value proposition of floLIVE's technology.
- Respond to RFXs, providing detailed technical information and solutions.
- Demonstrate the Platform and API, showcasing its capabilities and benefits.
- Manage all Demo SIMs for trial customers, including burning and shipping of SIMs.
- Draft HLD network infrastructure solutions for customers, ensuring successful implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including integration teams, R&D, Product, architects, and security, to ensure seamless solution deployment.
- 5+ years of experience in a Presale role (or similar) working in a SaaS company.
- Proven experience working with mobile operators, enterprise customers, and vendors.
- Deep knowledge of cellular networks and the mobile operator ecosystem, including 2G-5G Core Network Architecture to the interface level.
- Strong business orientation and understanding of sales cycles and processes.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex technical topics to a non-technical audience.
- Experience working with API tools such as Postman, cUR, etc., and business tools such as Excel, PPT, Visio, or Lucid Charts.
- Familiarity with IPX/GRX networks.
- Experience in IoT and connectivity technologies is highly desired.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Strong presentation skills are mandatory.
- Experience in leading teams is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for localized engagement and testing.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
