Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain a high-performing team, providing leadership and direction in staffing aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee personnel management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and motivation to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Organize and direct patient care delivery on a 24-hour basis, adhering to recognized internal and external standards.
- Develop and manage the departmental scope of services and care.
- Formulate and implement policies and procedures relevant to nursing specialties, integrating care standards into operations.
- Direct quality improvement processes to enhance patient care in accordance with hospital quality improvement plans.

Qualifications
Required:
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- If a BSN is not held upon hire, enrollment in a BSN or higher degree program within two years is mandatory, with completion within five years.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical acute care RN experience.
- At least 1 year of management experience.
