Position Overview:


The Treasury team is seeking a proactive and motivated individual to support the Treasury Manager in overseeing all banking and treasury functions within the organization. This role requires a solid foundation in finance and accounting, along with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

This position necessitates onsite presence at our headquarters for three days a week.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and evaluate various banking solutions to address business requirements.
  • Safeguard corporate funds and assets through effective segregation of duties and access controls.
  • Maintain the integrity and effectiveness of internal controls related to treasury operations.
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of bank accounts.
  • Manage the posting and upkeep of eligible collateral to FHLB.
  • Assist in maintaining a treasury management system (GTreasury) for automated treasury functions.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and Operations teams on reconciliations and outstanding items.
  • Handle check voiding and reissue responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations regarding statutory and custodial deposits.
  • Manage the unclaimed property tracking application, including report generation, customer correspondence, payment details, and fund remittance to various states.
  • Engage with the Treasury team on various projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
