We're seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you'll represent DISH in customers' homes, delivering exceptional customer experiences and showcasing the possibilities of smart home solutions. Your expertise will be essential in building rapport with customers, ensuring seamless installations, and providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure DISH equipment and smart home solutions in customers' homes
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights (up to 40 feet)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in varying climates and weather conditions
  • Flexibility to work a 4-day workweek with opportunities for overtime
