We're looking for a Field Technician to join our team in Nashville, TN. As a Field Technician, you'll be responsible for locating and pinpointing leaks in water distribution systems throughout Davidson County. You'll work with specialized acoustic and digital equipment, learn procedures for leak detection, and assist with general maintenance of equipment and tools.

This is an entry-level position, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills. You'll work independently, but also be part of a team that's passionate about sustainability and energy efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**

* Locate and pinpoint leaks in water distribution systems
* Learn procedures for leak detection and assist with general maintenance of equipment and tools
* Work with specialized acoustic and digital equipment
* Assist with general maintenance of equipment and tools

**Requirements:**

* Associate degree or college experience preferred
* Plumbing background or experience preferred
* General ability to work with hand tools
* Computer skills and familiarity with tablets, Word, Excel, or similar products
* Be in good physical condition and able to perform strenuous field work
* Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time in all weather conditions
* Valid driver's license
* Excellent driving record
* Ability to travel for extended periods
* Self-motivated, enjoy working independently, self-starter, organized, and enjoy being self-directed

**Benefits:**

* We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000-$50,000 USD + annual bonus up to 5%
* Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience
