Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the activities of various shifts, ensuring adherence to operational guidelines.
  • Utilize advanced system status management software to track and control the movement of units effectively.
  • Receive and assess incoming calls, determining appropriate response levels and deploying resources accordingly.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders, including staff, patients, and public service agencies.
  • Document and report on response times and any unusual incidents to the Operations Manager.
  • Support the collection of data necessary for patient billing and compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in training and mentoring of team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • At least one year of experience in a high-profile emergency medical services environment.
  • Proficiency in CAD systems and data entry with a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred; prior Paramedic or EMT certification is a plus.
  • Strong supervisory skills and knowledge of local geography.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
