Clinical Director

Evolve Treatment Centers is seeking a highly experienced and licensed Clinical Program Director to oversee the clinical operations of our residential treatment programs for adolescents struggling with mental health, substance abuse, or behavior issues.

• Provide clinical oversight and ensure quality, clinical excellence, and safety measures are maintained.
• Lead and mentor a team of Primary Therapists and Operations Manager to ensure effective program delivery.
• Develop and maintain a behavioral and skills-based clinical approach aligned with Evolve's mission and values.
• Conduct regular supervision and meetings with team members to ensure clear communication and goal alignment.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to oversee Residential Counselor and Chef staff.
• Review and co-sign clinical documentation in client medical records.
• Facilitate weekly Treatment Team meetings to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• Ensure discharge planning and insurance authorization are coordinated effectively for each client.
• Enforce safety protocols and clinical policies and procedures to ensure staff adherence.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and work closely with the Operations Manager.
• Participate in the clinical on-call rotation and provide phone-based support to on-site staff.

• LMFT/LCSW/LPCC licensure in the state of California.
• Valid California Driver's license.
• Ability to pass a LiveScan background check and clear federal and state criminal background checks, and child abuse indexes.

• $135,000 - $140,000 annual salary.
• Sign-On Bonus up to $5,000.
