Operations Associate Manager:

Under the supervision of the Operations and Regional Managers, you will oversee office and compliance management, supporting both the Indianapolis office and other district offices. Your responsibilities will include Brokerage/Transactional, Human Resources/Staff, Local Management, Administrative, and Event Planning tasks.

Assist the Operations Manager in prioritizing workflow, addressing issues, and escalating matters when necessary.
Ensure that local staff adhere to and are regularly informed about brokerage policies and procedures.
Support managers in preparing reports, local sales contests, and similar projects as required. Aid in the processing of closings and contracts.
Become proficient in management tasks to provide coverage as needed.
Collaborate effectively with offices across the Midwest and firmwide.
What you will bring to the Operations Associate Manager position: A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills; be collaborative, proactive, and approachable with a strong desire to learn, grow, and manage both team members and tasks.

Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Office365, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Exhibit strong organizational, communication, and proofreading abilities.
Be a quick learner who enjoys engaging with software and technology.
Display meticulous attention to detail.
Be reliable and punctual, taking pride in your responsibilities and contributions to the team.

Preferred but not required:
Experience in training.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
*Candidates will be assessed for proficiency in software and office skills.
