The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Food Runner to join our team at The Turn at Titletown in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by running food to the dining room for servers, refilling guests' empty water glasses, and resetting tables after guests leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist wait staff in clearing tables
  • Clean areas and assist with set-up and clean-up as needed
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
  • Work with kitchen to tray food
  • Run food to the dining room for servers
  • Refill guests' empty water glasses
  • Restock service areas at the end of the shift

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • No experience required
  • Guest service orientation; ability to adhere to Company's GuestPath Universal Service Standards
  • Ability to communicate with guests, read and follow written instructions in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to carry full trays up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand or walk for entire length of shift; may include walking up and down stairs
  • Good mobility to maneuver between tables to clear plates
  • Variable temperatures – required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate-controlled dining environment
