About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Supervisor to join our team at Lambeau Field - Delaware North. As a Culinary Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our 46 Below Cafe and Catering team, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional food service and culinary excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train culinary staff to maintain high standards of quality and consistency
  • Ensure that food items are prepared according to Delaware North standards and health codes
  • Manage food storage, receiving, and stocking to maintain par levels
  • Prepare food to specifications and maintain proper food temperatures
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed
  • Follow and uphold all health codes and sanitation regulations
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months- 1 year's previous experience in a back-of-the-house foodservice position
  • Familiarity with knife handling and ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders
  • Ability to lift and carry large pans weighing up to 50 lbs
Physical Requirements
  • Manual dexterity to chop, mix, blend, whip, etc. a variety of foods and liquids
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, frequently required to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist at waist, bending and squatting
  • Works frequently in a hot and damp environment
