We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Catering Server to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading the food and beverage service during events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise assigned banquet catering associates to ensure adherence to procedures and policies.
  • Ensure all banquet functions are fully staffed, set up on time, and meet client specifications.
  • Conduct pre-function meetings with banquet supervisors and staff, delegating and communicating assignments as directed.
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to unit and company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout banquet and service areas.
  • Report any unsatisfactory food and beverage items to management and document according to company procedures.
  • Perform break down of event space as indicated.
  • Assist in greeting guests, assigning tables, and ensuring all guests' needs are met.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Minimum of one year experience in the service industry required.
  • Previous experience in banquets or other food service environments preferred.
  • Excellent guest service skills and ability to adhere to Company's GuestPath Universal Service Standards.
  • Ability to complete required pre-employment food safety and alcohol service training.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with ability to direct the work activities of several employees simultaneously and plan ahead.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate with staff and guests, and prepare written reports.
  • Ability to be available for varying Titletown event schedules set up by Titletown event staff.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up of functions, including carrying trays of food.
  • Ability to stand or walk for entire length of shift, with potential for walking up and down stairs.
  • Good mobility to maneuver between tables to deliver food to customers.
  • Variable temperatures, with requirement to move between hot, noisy conditions of the kitchen and climate-controlled dining environment.
