The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a Concession Bartender to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Concession Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while providing an exceptional guest experience.

This is a tipped position, with hourly minimum pay ranging from $6.50 to $6.50. Our comprehensive benefits package includes weekly pay, employee assistance program, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules.

Responsibilities
  • Receive drink orders from patrons or servers
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions
  • Enter drink orders into the point-of-sale system, collect payment from patrons for drinks served
  • Complete required reports accurately
  • Maintain bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies
  • Clean and store bar equipment and bar stock
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
  • Prepare and replenish appetizers and/or garnishes as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • One to two years of previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment is preferred
  • Excellent guest service skills, with the ability to adhere to Company's GuestPath Universal Service Standards
  • Ability to complete required pre-employment alcohol service training
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately enter customer orders in the point-of-sale system
  • Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names
  • Verbal communication skills, with the ability to take beverage orders and fill those orders correctly
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to remain standing for the entire length of the shift
  • Constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Exposure to moderate to high environmental noise levels during busy times
