KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Customer Service Associate II will ensure excellent product knowledge and adherence to customer service standards. This position may involve cross-training for additional roles and responsibilities to provide backup support and meet departmental needs during peak periods.
PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Welcoming and acknowledging customers.
- Efficiently operating POS systems and managing cash and media at registers.
- Relaying customer requests to management.
- Maintaining familiarity with menu offerings.
- Counting and reconciling funds during shifts to ensure cash accuracy.
- Restocking supplies and informational materials as needed.
- Recording patron counts.
- Ensuring a tidy appearance at the registers and front-of-house areas.
- Keeping beverage stations, napkin holders, utensils, and dining ware stocked and organized.
- Assisting in maintaining cleanliness of tables and service areas.
- Being attentive to guest needs.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED with two years of customer service, administrative, or office experience; or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Experience handling cash transactions.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders.
- Capability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Willingness to work in various temperature conditions.
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends.
