Job Overview

Moon Capital is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to enhance our customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing transactions and providing exceptional service to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Welcome customers as they arrive, addressing inquiries and assisting them in finding products. Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise.
  • Transaction Management: Handle monetary exchanges, including cash, checks, and card payments. Ensure the accuracy of transactions by reconciling the cash register at the start and end of each shift. Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and related equipment.
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and refunds.
  • Familiarity with company products and customer service policies.
