About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employer Relations Associate/Sr. Associate to join our team at Hult International Business School. As a key member of our Career Development and Employer Relations team, you will be responsible for developing and executing on-campus employer programs to support student job and internship success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employer Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with local and regional employers to source employment opportunities for our students.
  • Program Development: Design and implement on-campus employer programs, including career events, company visits, and industry panels.
  • Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students in their job search, including resume review, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote employer programs and job opportunities to students.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Career Development team, student clubs, and professional organizations to co-brand events and promote employer programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum two years of experience in relationship management, business development, or college/university employer relations.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across diverse cultures. Experience with Handshake or other job posting platforms, databases, and CRMs.
