Job Title: 2X10 Call Center Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused 2X10 Call Center Agent to join our team. As a 2X10 Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Provide product information and assist customers with product-related inquiries
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales
  • State or Federal work experience
