  • Handle multiple deliverables to adhere to submission schedules

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and submit prequalification documents, grant proposals, and submissions
  • Structure, edit, and format proposal materials
  • Coordinate writing tasks and gather necessary data
  • Manage logistics for proposal submissions
  • Oversee internal timelines for prequalification and registration renewals
  • Implement knowledge management and process enhancements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with Department of Transportation and federal procurement processes
  • Familiarity with database management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in proposals or business administration within environmental consulting or contracting
  • Experience with SF330 forms and proposals for public sector clients
  • Experience with grant submissions
  • Ability to interpret information from financial documents
