We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team at Alteryx. As a critical member of our US Field Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing programs to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute high-performing marketing programs using a data-driven approach to support the NORAM sales team's priorities.
- Build a deep understanding of our accounts and personas, and deploy strategies and plans for acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
- Continuously innovate and deliver marketing programs that drive results, leveraging channels and tactics such as digital, social media, web, media, customer advocacy, virtual and in-person events, and email.
- Be a strategic partner to sales teams and leaders, participating in sales team calls, in-person meetings, quarterly business reviews, and joint planning sessions to ensure alignment.
- Set goals and define metrics for each marketing program, monitoring campaign metrics, conducting post-campaign evaluations, analyzing and reporting results, and making recommendations for optimization.
- Establish and manage program budget, participating in integrated quarterly planning process.
- 5+ years of previous B2B technology marketing experience in NORAM.
- Strong campaign orchestration, message optimization, persona, and buying cycle experience required.
- Experience in evolving marketing programs based on performance data, feedback from sales, and understanding of the business.
- Metrics-driven, with strong analytical thinking.
- Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks from concept through implementation, and deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget.
- Proven capacity for exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, with outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership for tools and processes, with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for onsite event management and team meetings.
- BS in Marketing or another related field.
- B2B experience in high-tech companies with varying degrees of maturity and growth strongly desired.
- Experience in ABM programs a plus.
- Practitioner-level knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo.
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. The salary range for this role in New Jersey, New York, Florida, North Carolina, and Washington DC is $105,000 - $120,000. In addition, you may be eligible for other compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
