Position Overview:

The Associate Manager, Customer Business is responsible for cultivating and executing a collaborative business partnership between Revlon's brands and third-party brokers and customers. This role is essential in achieving volume, market share, and profit objectives while contributing to the overall growth of the category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan with third-party brokers and customers within a defined market.
  • Utilize a strong customer focus to identify key business drivers and address customer needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with brokers to gather business, sales, and market trend data to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales volume and shipment forecasts, tracking progress against established plans and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Communicate essential sales and strategy information to brokers and represent Revlon in meetings with customers.
  • Manage the development of omni-channel strategies to ensure effective execution of business plans.
  • Facilitate internal and external relationships to support business objectives, including collaboration with various internal teams.
  • Oversee the Market Development Fund (MDF) to ensure account profitability and track investment against planned budgets.
  • Work closely with inventory planning and logistics teams to mitigate returns risk and manage product lifecycle effectively.
  • Execute long-range planning and annual joint business plans to maximize execution and volume from collaborative efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, preferably in cosmetics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable sales tools.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
