Quickly identify and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex matters to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies, and update customer records and documentation as needed.
Record all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system with timely and precise data entry.
Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations, including data protection and confidentiality agreements.
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve shared goals and provide support as required.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required.
Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Strong listening abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Patience and empathy in handling customer interactions.
Ability to excel in a high-call-volume environment and adapt to changing situations.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Competitive hourly rate of $18-19 per hour.
