Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide additional information as needed.

  • Quickly identify and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex matters to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies, and update customer records and documentation as needed.

  • Record all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system with timely and precise data entry.

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations, including data protection and confidentiality agreements.

  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve shared goals and provide support as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required.

  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

  • Strong listening abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

  • Patience and empathy in handling customer interactions.

  • Ability to excel in a high-call-volume environment and adapt to changing situations.

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $18-19 per hour.
