About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Director to lead our Aviation Construction Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting projects from site selection to project close-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee design and construction activities, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Team Leadership: Lead project and program teams, serve as primary client point of contact, and manage project meetings and documentation.
  • Business Development: Participate in business development activities, including client negotiations, staff management, and vendor selection.
  • Planning and Pre-Construction: Assist in site evaluation, establish project budgets and schedules, and manage the design process through permitting.
  • Design and Construction: Oversee design and construction activities, manage budget and schedule, and document progress and action items.
  • Relocation and Closeout: Conduct end-user move meetings, create move phasing and space assignment documents, and supervise the physical move.
Requirements
  • Education: 4-year degree in building construction, engineering, architecture, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 15+ years of project management experience, with 10+ years in Aviation Construction Management preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional technical and project management skills, ability to ensure project objectives are achieved, and capability to manage competing demands on multiple client projects.
  • Certifications: PE, CCM, or AIA license/certification required.
