Position: Seasonal Customer Experience Associate

Status: Seasonal Employment

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Role Summary: The KITH Customer Experience Associate serves as the primary point of contact for customers during their in-store visit. This role encompasses a wide range of store operations to ensure exceptional service delivery to all patrons. The Customer Experience Associate is versatile and embodies a collaborative spirit, whether welcoming customers, managing transactions, or assisting with operational and visual tasks. Under the guidance of the on-duty Manager, the Associate is expected to adapt swiftly to the evolving needs of the business. Through effective communication, they enhance the customer journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Main Duties:

  • Collaborate with the Management team to understand overall responsibilities and project directives.
  • Welcome, assist, and deliver outstanding customer service to all KITH clientele.
  • Support Client Advisors to ensure clients receive authentic and efficient service throughout their store experience.
  • Execute cashier duties under Management's guidance, including cash handling, processing returns, and managing Mobile POS transactions.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and precise service at the checkout.
  • Work alongside Management to implement action plans effectively.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, brand history, company policies, and store strategies.
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently during each shift, scheduled before, during, and after store hours.
  • Assist in operational tasks as needed, based on business requirements.
  • Support replenishment on the sales floor, maintain stockroom organization, and uphold visual standards during store operations.
  • Collaborate with Management and Visual teams to maintain an appealing sales environment and ensure adherence to brand visual standards.
  • Communicate effectively regarding product availability to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including scheduling and availability requirements.
  • Assist store management with housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organization.
Special Projects:
  • Assist with Visual initiatives as required.
  • Support inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and physical inventories as needed.
Qualifications:

Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year in a retail sales role.
  • Preferred 1 year in customer service positions.
  • Preferred 1 year in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods sectors.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting or moving items up to 30 pounds.
  • Proficient in bending, twisting, reaching, and climbing as required for retail operations.
  • Strong time management capabilities.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
