**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team at our Fifth Avenue location. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and embodying the Canadian Warmth that our brand is known for.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Customer Experience**: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • **Sales Performance**: Achieve or exceed personal sales targets, contribute to driving store results, and participate in sales promotions and events.
  • **Product Knowledge**: Develop and maintain expertise in our products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • **Store Operations**: Assist with store maintenance, standards, and cleanliness, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive store environment.

**Requirements**

  • **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • **Language**: Proficiency in English, with Mandarin speaking a plus.
