We are looking for a Seasonal Temporary Part-Time Retail Associate who will serve as a cashier and represent the shop's welcoming atmosphere. This role requires enthusiasm, extensive product knowledge, and a commitment to engaging with customers effectively. The ideal candidate will be adept at prioritizing tasks, whether assisting a customer with a large gift selection or attending to smaller requests with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers enthusiastically and share product insights.
- Communicate clearly with both customers and management.
- Operate the POS retail system efficiently and courteously.
- Manage inventory and replenish displays as needed.
- Work independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma.
Experience:
- At least two years of sales experience, ideally in a busy retail environment.
- Experience with cash handling and operating a register.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
