Position Title: Seasonal Customer Experience Associate

Location: KITH Store

Employment Type: Seasonal

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Role Summary: The KITH Customer Experience Associate serves as the primary point of contact for customers during their in-store visit. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of store operations to deliver exceptional service to all patrons. The Customer Experience Associate is versatile and collaborates effectively with the team. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, processing transactions, and assisting various departments as needed. Under the guidance of the Manager on duty, the Associate must be adaptable to the evolving needs of the business, ensuring a seamless customer journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the Management team to receive guidance on tasks and projects.
  • Welcome and assist customers, providing outstanding service to all KITH clientele.
  • Support Client Advisors to guarantee clients receive authentic and efficient service throughout their store visit.
  • Execute cashier duties under Management supervision, including cash handling and processing returns.
  • Deliver friendly, professional, and precise service at the registers.
  • Collaborate with Management to implement action plans effectively.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products, brand history, and company policies.
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently during shifts, which may occur before, during, or after store hours.
  • Assist with operational tasks as required by business needs.
  • Contribute to sales floor replenishment, stockroom organization, and maintaining visual standards.
  • Work with Management and Visual teams to uphold a visually appealing sales environment.
  • Communicate product availability to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including scheduling and availability.
  • Assist store management with housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and maintenance duties.
Additional Tasks:
  • Support Visual initiatives as needed.
  • Assist in executing inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and physical inventories.
Qualifications:
Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year in a retail sales role.
  • 1 year in customer service positions preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods is a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift or move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Physical agility for bending, twisting, reaching, and climbing.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
