POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Customer Service Retail Specialist, your main responsibility will be to deliver outstanding service, uphold brand integrity, and guarantee a pleasant shopping atmosphere. By engaging with guests and understanding their preferences, you will craft WOW moments that leave a lasting impression.
COMPENSATION: $17 per hour
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Warmly welcome all guests and utilize our SHOW Service Basics to create WOW Moments.
- Assist guests with their inquiries and promote sales.
- Ensure a tidy, safe environment and facilitate timely product restocking from the inventory for a seamless shopping experience.
- Take responsibility for the guest experience and communicate any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management.
- Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling protocols.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- At least six months of cashier experience with a solid grasp of transaction processes.
- Proven success in customer service, with a history of effectively engaging and assisting clients.
- Skilled in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems for accurate and efficient transactions.
- Bilingual skills are highly regarded, enhancing service for diverse customer interactions.
