Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at PIH Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with physicians and other departments to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Patient-Centered Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Monitor and Document Patient Progress: Continuously assess patient condition and document progress, identifying any changes or concerns that may impact care.
  • Provide Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current California RN License
  • BLS from American Heart Association
  • LA City Fire Card within 6 months of employment
  • Neonatal Resuscitation from AAP & AHA (NRP)
  • 1-Year recent experience or acceptance in /completion of a training program
