- Actively contribute to department operations and communications, upholding the mission, vision, and values of Pipeline Health System, LLC.
- Behave in a manner consistent with the AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank you) patient communication standards.
- Two (2) years' experience preferred in the area applied for, with in-depth knowledge of best practices in the specialty.
- Adaptable to changing work schedules and patient needs, with critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, with strong organizational skills and the ability to follow verbal instructions.
- PC (computer) skills and a capacity to learn, synthesize, make critical judgments, work independently, and place patients and families first.
- Licensure/Certifications: Current professional RN license issued and/or recognized by the state Board of Nursing for the State of employment, and BLS from AHA ACLS from AHA.
