Share your enthusiasm for fitness by guiding new members as they embark on their wellness journeys.
Utilize your skills to build authentic relationships, understand individual needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Establishing personal connections with members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and directing both members and guests to the right resources. You will also play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment.
Providing an exceptional and comprehensive sales and service experience for all visitors, ensuring a friendly, informative, and inclusive atmosphere that motivates them to pursue their fitness goals within our community.
Facilitating a remarkable onboarding experience for new members, helping them connect with our fitness services. As the first point of contact, your warm greeting and prompt assistance will significantly enhance their sense of belonging.
