Job Overview

Medvision SDT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our product sales within the local market, building relationships with medical professionals, and providing insightful product knowledge and superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target potential customers within the medical industry.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with current clients while pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Present and sell company medical products to current and potential clients.
  • Provide consistent, concise, accurate, and timely sales activity reports to management.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our company values.
  • Educate healthcare providers about our products, their uses, and benefits.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competition, adjusting sales strategies as necessary.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company's products.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role in the medical sales sector.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics within healthcare.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals, winning awards, and working well in a team-oriented environment.
  • High-level negotiation and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
  • Adept at complex decision-making, reasoning, and problem-solving.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Former direct sales experience in the hospital segment.
  • Established relationships within key local health providers.
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar accreditation.
