- Order Processing: Process and schedule customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage open orders and customer bids to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Warehouse Operations: Pull orders from the warehouse to serve customers and maintain a clean and organized counter area.
- Customer Service Mindset: Possess a customer-centric mindset and a strong ability to understand customer needs.
- Technical Skills: Ability to use computer systems and software to process orders and manage inventory.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour day and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

- HVAC and Plumbing Knowledge: Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems and products.
