Application Support Analyst II

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst II to join our team at Central Maine Medical Center. As a key member of our Information Systems department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of our business information systems.
Key Responsibilities- Implement moderately complex tools and processes to support business operations
- Provide proactive support and maintenance of business information systems
- Lead and coordinate medium-scale projects to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Utilize best practices to implement and document consistent builds
- Take ownership of issues with medium complexity and provide timely resolutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Three years of experience in systems development or support
- OR four years of experience in systems development or support may substitute for degree
- Preferred experience with Infor/Lawson Financials (General Ledger/Accounts Payable/Supply Chain Management) MHC Image Express/Document Express
