Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst II to join our team at Central Maine Medical Center. As a key member of our Information Systems department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of our business information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement moderately complex tools and processes to support business operations
  • Provide proactive support and maintenance of business information systems
  • Lead and coordinate medium-scale projects to ensure timely and effective delivery
  • Utilize best practices to implement and document consistent builds
  • Take ownership of issues with medium complexity and provide timely resolutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Three years of experience in systems development or support
  • OR four years of experience in systems development or support may substitute for degree
  • Preferred experience with Infor/Lawson Financials (General Ledger/Accounts Payable/Supply Chain Management) MHC Image Express/Document Express
