About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Generac Power Systems, Inc. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience in a related industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high motivation, and target-driven.
