Sales and Partnership Executive

As a Business Development Manager at Applied Control Equipment LLLP, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. About the Job
This role requires a high level of motivation, organization, and communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop account plans, identify new business opportunities, and present products and services to potential clients. Your expertise in relationship-building, problem-solving, and technical knowledge transfer will enable you to establish trust with customers and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and build long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Present products and services to potential clients and establish relationships with key decision-makers
- Work closely with product specialists to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant technical work or sales experience
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and product demonstration skills
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and lead teams when required
- Knowledge of the key industries we serve, including Mechanical Contractors, Supply Houses, and Municipal & Commercial HVAC
- Familiarity with our products, services, and solutions, such as automated and manual isolation valves, electric actuator technologies, and control valves, regulators, and pressure relief valves
- Estimated salary: $115,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on experience
Bonus Structure
- 65% of base salary fixed, 35% variable based on performance
- Performance bonuses capped at 120% of goal, with additional incentive compensation for meeting or exceeding targets
