Medical Device Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Device Sales Executive to join our team at Verathon. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue within the regional market.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in medical device sales, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends. They will be expected to build and maintain relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Budgeting and forecasting: Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate revenue projections and identification of areas for improvement.
- Territory management: Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve their sales goals and objectives.
- Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Customer engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying their needs and preferences to tailor sales approaches.
- Sales strategy development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, or healthcare).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary and BenefitsWe estimate the annual salary for this role to be around $240,000, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. In addition to the base salary, you can also expect to earn a performance-based bonus, which is estimated to be around $100,000 per year.
