About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our team in the Inland Empire territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative medical devices and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global medical device company that is dedicated to improving patient care. Our GlideScope video laryngoscopes and BFlex single-use bronchoscopes have revolutionized airway management and bladder volume measurement. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in sales and marketing.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in your assigned territory. This will involve conducting product demonstrations, providing technical support, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of B2B sales experience are essential. You must also be able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems, including COVID-19 vaccine, and have a valid driver's license.

Able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds, must reside within the territory, and required overnight travel is 2 nights per month, on average. Required to travel outside assigned territory for annual sales meeting, regional meetings, and in-person training, as needed.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000, plus additional commission potential of up to $163,305.
