Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Understand each customer's individual needs and determine the best course of action to resolve their issue.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, providing them with accurate information and next steps.
  • Fully document each call and interaction with customers.
  • Build rapport and manage relationships with customers over the phone.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Experience working in a phone-based/call center environment is a plus.
