Job Title: Director Of Human Resources

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing HR team to support the needs of the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employment and labor practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions that drive business results.
