Key Responsibilities- Perform general office and administrative duties to assist the Hearing Care Professional (HCP) throughout the patient journey.
- Efficiently manage the scheduling system to maximize testing opportunities.
- Proactively reach out to current, past, and prospective patients through designated channels. Track appointments and report results.
- Work alongside the HCP in local marketing and sales initiatives, discovering new ways to build community relationships and referrals.
- Handle incoming calls and messages with professionalism, following up with patients as necessary.
- Accurately process and maintain clinic documentation to ensure adherence to HIPAA and State regulations (e.g., patient records, financial documents, insurance agreements).
- Verify patient eligibility, process insurance claims, and oversee the claim resolution process.
- Manage cash flow, Accounts Receivables, and Payables, including bank deposits.
- Keep the office and workspace organized and welcoming.
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Preferably, 2 years of experience in an office setting.
- Preferred 2 years of experience in sales and customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible availability to work varied hours and days.
- Opportunities available for both full-time and part-time positions.
- A motivated team player with a positive attitude.
