Job Title: Pediatric Hospital Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pediatric Hospital Coordinator. In this key role, you will play a crucial part in managing various administrative tasks within our hospital-based practice and assisting with physician, guarantor, and hospital communication and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between patients, physicians, and hospital staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Attend and actively participate in leadership meetings to stay informed and contribute to decision-making.
  • Effectively communicate with healthcare providers regarding billing and coding matters to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital personnel to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Prepare and manage medical billing documents for our services to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Work location will be split between West Boca Medical Center and Bethesda Hospital, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory/manager level healthcare position.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Bilingual skills required.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Acute attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated capability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external staff.
