Job Title: Technical Assistance and Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Assistance and Training Specialist to join our team at the St. George Tanaq Corporation.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience implementing or leading training and technical assistance projects, with a strong background in public health and behavioral health, specifically overdose prevention and surveillance.

This is a fully remote position based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance services, including one-on-one support to federal project officers.
  • Oversee development of written products and coordinate all aspects of technical assistance events.
  • Design resources in multiple formats and for multiple audiences, and lead workshops and needs assessments.
  • Identify, document, and track technical assistance activities through an online TA tracking system.
  • Support development and maintenance of an online resource center, including an online TA tracking system.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A minimum of 2 years in training and technical assistance project design or delivery.
  • Experience with the design/creation of products for multiple audiences and in multiple formats.
  • Knowledge of TA methodologies and delivery of best practices in overdose prevention and surveillance.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under strict deadlines.
Preferred Experience and Skills

Prior experience working across a wide variety of federal government stakeholders, as well as experience with government programs and consulting environments, is highly desired.

Education and Training

A Master's degree in public health, public policy, behavioral/social sciences, or related field is required.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
