Job Title: Quality Manager, Research

Stratacuity is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team in Cambridge, MA. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing quality frameworks and documentation for research, collaborating with partners on standardization, and providing training and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Standardize and streamline procedural documentation through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Implement a centralized document management system for research processes, ensuring seamless access and control.
  • Develop and deliver targeted training programs with IT and Quality teams, focusing on data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with experience in data integrity practices and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with electronic document and learning management systems, with experience in regulated and non-regulated settings.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
